Michael Ferguson

Before entering the world of Solo Artist, Michael and his then band, Allegra Street Theme, won the South African leg of the Global Battle of the Bands in November 2007. The Band flew to London to compete in the world finals and scored highly amongst the many talented musicians that featured from all over the world.

Having performed exclusive contracts, such as his 3 month stint at Sun City Resort in 2008, Michael had the privilege of being part of Kelly Rowland’s tour to SA as her backing guitarist during her concert in the Sun City Superbowl. An experience that will never be forgotten! During this time, one of Michaels songs co-written with an ex band member, titled “Maybe”, reached No. 1 on the charts on Highveld Stereo’s Homebrew channel.
