Zander Tyler aka Jack Parow was born in Parow, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Parow reportedly wanted to be a rapper from the instant he heard Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle at a very young age.

I was in Standard grade 3 or 4, that's when you first decide what type of music you like.
